for Oil,.... any where near,..... our Beautiful Virgin Coasts. And the United States,.... has one of the longest
Coast Lines,.... of any Country,... in the World!!!

There are probably Hundreds of Wild Cat Oil Riggs,.... up and down the Atlantic Coast,.... All over the Gulf of Mexico,...... and all along our Pacific Coasts,..... steadily,.... and feverishly,.... drilling holes,... in our
oceans floor,.... in a desperate attempt to Strick Oil,.... before they run out of all their venture capital,...
and come back to shore,.... dead broke,..... and pennyless.

Wild Caatters,.... by their very nature,.... are Risk Takers.......... They talk some very rich backers,....
into stakingn them,..... up front,.... with as much money,..... as thirty million dollars,.... or one hundred

If they Strick Oil,..... before their money runs ouit,..... they're instant millionaires,.... and their backers
