Break Saudi Arabia's,.... and in turn OPECs,....... Strangle Hold,... on the Price we pay,..... for our Crude Oil Addiction,...... that they got our Congress,..... to Overthrow those Laws,..... that prevented any Drilling
for Oil,.... any where near,..... our Beautiful Virgin Coasts.  And the United States,.... has one of the longest
Coast Lines,.... of any Country,... in the World!!!

There are probably Hundreds of Wild Cat Oil Riggs,.... up and down the Atlantic Coast,.... All over the Gulf of  Mexico,...... and all along our Pacific Coasts,..... steadily,.... and feverishly,.... drilling holes,... in our
oceans floor,.... in a desperate attempt to Strick Oil,.... before they run out of all their venture capital,...
and come back to shore,.... dead broke,..... and pennyless.

Wild Caatters,.... by their very nature,.... are Risk Takers..........  They talk some very rich backers,....
